Meet Our Founder

Adam Azevedo

The term health covers more than the act of lifting weights and running on a treadmill. True wellness engulfs the physical strength of the body and matches it with control of the mind. Through sports and martial arts, Adam Azevedo found the perfect balance between strengthening his body and sharpening his mind. Through hard work and discipline, he overcame incredible odds to transform his body image and mindset.

Since his early childhood, Adam suffered from body image issues. Not helped by the unforgiving nature of schoolyard bullies, Adam developed severe self-esteem problems. Only through hard work and dedication did he manage to break free and transform his life. Now Adam uses the same motivation to help hundreds of clients fulfill their potential and meet their wellness goals.

After receiving his Master's in Psychology Adam enrolled in Stanford University's program for performance psychology. His programs focus on trust, and building strong bonds with his clients. As a father of two, Adam knows the importance of physical activity during a child's upbringing through adulthood.

Born with cerebral palsy, Adam knows the effects of being bullied and its long-term effects on self-esteem. Working as a firefighter, Adam learned the value of teamwork and accountability. He used these skills to complete his Masters and now changes the lives of all his clients.
